Master of Science in Health Care Management

The Curriculum

The Master of Science in Health Care Management is a 30 credit program consisting of the following:

  • A 12 credit core of courses [4 courses] 
  • Three, 15 credit  Specialty Tracks  [students choose one track]
  • A 3 credit capstone graduate project

IDST 5600 -  Management and Leadership in Health Care (3 cr)

BINF 5131 – Health Care Finance Systems (3 cr)

Informatics Certificate as Specialization

Select a minimum of 6 credits from ACE-approved CMRI courses.  A representative listing is below.  Contact CMRI for a complete course listing and advisement.

Choose 9 cr.

All 12 cr. Required.  Represents the application of required courses within a health care informatics certificate, to these degree requirements.

The courses identified within the CMRI track are graduate level American Council on Education (ACE) approved.
